A: All of our printers are refurbished in house by our technicians. Q: Does this printer come with a warranty? A: Our refurbished printers are covered by 30, 60, and 90 day warranties. Q: Are extended warranties available? A: Extended parts warranties are available for most of our printers at an additional charge. Please use the contact us page for more details about this option. Q: Have these items been tested? A: Every item listed on this site has been tested as working unless otherwise stated. The printers and parts are tested once before removal from their original location, and once again before shipping. We take this extra step to ensure the delivery of a working item. Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive? A: Most of out items will ship out the same day or the day following order placement. Once shipped, we will send e-mail confirmation to you. We utilize UPS for our shipments, and can not guarantee transit times. |
